Shipping and Return Policy
Shipping Duration: Orders are typically shipped within 2-14 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimated and may vary based on your location and postal code, potentially requiring additional time for delivery.
Return Policy: If you receive a product that is faulty or does not match the description, you have 30 days to return the item for a refund. Returns typically take about 5 working days to process upon receipt of the goods. The exact processing time may vary based on the payment provider used (e.g., PayPal, credit card company, etc).
Return Conditions: Returned items must be in their original packaging with all original boxes intact, including all packaging materials, manuals, blank warranty cards, accessories, and manufacturer-provided documents. Please note that refunds will not be issued for change of mind or any other reason.
Procedure for Returns: Before returning any item, please contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Products returned without an RMA number will not be eligible for a refund.

Discounted or end-of-line products are non-returnable except for repair purposes; no refunds or replacements will be provided.
