Which countries can we deliver the package to?
We can ship to most countries in the world. We do not ship to some countries. You can check which countries we can ship by following method. Add the product to Shopping cart and proceed to check out page then click the drop down menu on in order Details form, you can see if this product can be delivered to that destination country. For example see below image of check out page where you can check what countries are available for shipping.
What shipping methods do you offer and how long does the delivery take?
The time to deliver an order involves processing time and shipping time. Processing time = the time between when you place an order and when it is shipped from the origin country. Shipping time = the time between when your order has been shipped and delivered to you; The total delivery time is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time it is delivered to you. Total delivery time is broken down into processing time and shipping time. Processing time: The time it takes to prepare your item(s) to ship from our warehouse. This includes preparing your items, performing quality checks, and packing for shipment. This can be 5-10 business days Shipping time: The time for your item(s) to travel from the warehouse to your destination. All items being sold at Global e Trends are usually delivered to buyers within 2-21 business days or less depending on the location and shipping method your choose. Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances: 1. Delays caused by the buyer providing incorrect or incomplete delivery information; 2. Delays in delivery caused by any force majeure incidents, such as natural disasters, bad weather, and war; 3. Any uninsured order that is lost or stolen; 4. Delays in delivery caused by any other beyond Global e Trends’ control, such as public holidays and Customs issues.
